Initial Consultations
Our first visit together includes a detailed discussion of your health history and your health/wellness concerns and goals. You will be emailed an invitation to the website Healthie, a HIPPA compliant health/wellness web portal. You will also be emailed the Initial Health Intake Form, please complete the form 48 hours prior to your initial consultation. This allows me time to thoroughly review your health history so we can make the most of our time together. If you are local, we can meet either in person, at my office in Morgan, UT, at an alternate location, or if you are out of the local area via the Healthie Telehealth application.
Follow-up Appointments
You and your health condition are unique and may require multiple follow-up appointments to achieve your desired outcome. Achieving results with medicinal herbs can take time and dedication. Some concerns may be improved within a month or two. Other, more chronic concerns, may take many months of consistent use of herbal products and lifestyle modifications to achive the desired changes. During your follow-up appointment, we will discuss any improvements, questions or concerns you have and how your herbal protocol has been working for you. If any changes need to be made, we can work together to adjust your protocol and recommendations to continue you on the path to reaching your wellness goals.
Duration: 45 minutes. Recommended to follow-up every 3-4 weeks while working on your health concerns.*Available to current clients who have completed an Initial Consultation within the last year.

No matter the price you choose to pay, there is no difference in the personalized care provided - it is always the same for everyone.
The Essential price allows me to cover my basic costs.
The Sustainable price supports my practice and a fair working wage for me.
The Supportive price allows me to offer my services to those in our community who cannot afford herbal consultations but need the support.
I have spent time opening my heart to these 3 price points. I want you to take a moment to reflect and determine in your heart which is the right price for you.
